What locations do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
All orders are packaged and shipped as quickly as possible, though transit times vary by location.

U.S. Shipping Options

Customers may choose between:

USPS Non-Tracked Shipping — $1.80

  • 3–10 business days transit time

  • Most affordable option

  • Does not include tracking

USPS Tracked Shipping — $4.89

  • 2–5 business days transit time

  • Includes full tracking updates

FREE USPS Tracked Shipping — Orders $30.00+

  • Automatically applied at checkout

  • 2–5 business days transit time

  • Order subtotal must be $30.00+ (after discounts, before tax)

International Shipping

International rates are calculated automatically by the carrier at checkout based on destination, package weight, and service availability.
Transit times vary and may be affected by customs processing.

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are hand printed at the Gamer Sleeve HQ in Philadelphia, PA, U.S.A. Order processing time is 1–4 business days.
After your package leaves our facility:

  • USPS Non-Tracked: 3–10 business days in transit

  • USPS Tracked: 2–5 business days in transit

  • International: 3-21 days in transit, Varies by country and customs

Please allow extra time during peak seasons or postal delays that are outside our control.

Will I receive a tracking number?

  • Non-Tracked Shipping ($1.80): No tracking will be provided.

  • Tracked Shipping ($4.89) and Free Tracked Shipping (Orders of $30.00+): Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once your order ships.

Occasional postal or customs delays may occur. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

If your order is lost, held, or returned to us, we will work with you to make it right.

  • Tracked orders: Eligible for replacement review

  • Non-tracked orders: We cannot guarantee replacement due to lack of tracking visibility but will try our best! 🙂 (We're human too)

Are there customs fees or import taxes?

All prices are listed in USD.
Depending on your country’s laws, you may be responsible for local duties, taxes, or import fees once your order arrives.

These fees are not covered by Gamer Sleeve.

In rare cases, delivery may take longer than the timeframes listed above due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
