• All design are made-to-order and take anywhere from 1 to 4 days for production.

U.S. Shipping Options:

• USPS Non-Tracked Shipping ($1.80): 3–10 business days after our 1–3 day production time. This option does not include tracking.
• USPS Tracked Shipping ($4.25): 2–5 business days after production. Includes full tracking.
• Free USPS Tracked Shipping ($30+): Automatically applied at checkout. Same 2–5 business day transit time.
  

We want every sleeve to arrive quickly, but please note that USPS delays are outside our control.

Canada & International Shipping:

• Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout, and typical transit times range from 7–21 business days, depending on customs processing and destination.

• As of now we only ship to U.S. and Canada. Launching to EU in late 2024

• SLEEVES: We recommend handwashing our sleeves in luke warm water to prevent fading of ink and protection of grip. They are machine washable with cold water on delicate mode, but limit this to a 30 minute cycle and every other month. Under no circumstances should you use an iron. This will fuse the bicep grip together and you will be unable to use the sleeve. Do not use bleach or detergent containing bleach. Hang product to dry.

• WRIST REST: Soak a micro-fiber cloth or rag under hot water and add bleach-free detergent of your choice. Rub in circular motion then use new cloth/rag soaked in fresh hot water to remove any soap suds. Let dry completely before using.

• Optimal blend of 84% Polyester, 16% Spandex.
• Internal bicep grip is 100% non-toxic silicone
• Our sleeves last 1-3 years depending on how frequently they are used.
