• SLEEVES: We recommend handwashing our sleeves in luke warm water to prevent fading of ink and protection of grip. They are machine washable with cold wateron delicate mode, but limit this to a 30 minute cycle and every other month. Under no circumstances should you use an iron. This will fuse the bicep grip together and you will be unable to use the sleeve. Do not use bleach or detergent containing bleach. Hang product to dry.

• SHIRTS: We recommend machine washing our shirts on normal mode with similar colors. Under no circumstances should you use an iron. Do not use bleach or detergent containing bleach. Dry on normal setting not using high heat.
